Gaia is a natural healing system based on original teachings from ancient Tibet. Energy initiations and attunements have been part of Buddhist practise for thousands of years.
Rediscovery
Dr Mikao Usui from Japan rediscovered energy healing in the 19th century. He called it Reiki, derived from the Japanese words 'rei' meaning universal and 'ki' meaning life force energy.This refers to the life force or energy that flows through every living thing.
Dr Usui’s teachings state that we are all born with the innate ability to perform healing, but due to our lifestyles and constitution we are unable to access and channel the universal energy required. Energy healers can open our channels so that we can access the universal energy.
Beyond Reiki
The divine rays of energy healing that I have been initiated into are known as the 'Eternal Light' healing system. Eternal Light includes the Gaia ray and goes beyond Reiki, to include even higher vibrations of energy as channelled by Shimara Kumara.
